YEAR 7 BUILD CASTLES

The new performance space in the Music Department was christened last Friday, when soloists from Northern Chamber Orchestra presented an open rehearsal. Music students in years 10-13 were invited to watch.
They were able to observe how a piece of music comes together from the initial playing and how the ensemble have to practise together.

Over the Easter holidays workmen were busy knocking walls down in the new Music department to create the new performance space which will further enhance the facilities for Music at Parrs Wood.
