BETH LOSES HER HAIR FOR CHARITY!

We are very proud of Year 12 student Beth Penny who shaved her hair off to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

 

Beth wanted to show solidarity with her 11 year old relation who had lost her hair through cancer treatment. She realised it would also be a good way to raise money for cancer reearch so organised the head shaving event in the Sixth Form Common Room. A good crowd of Sixth Form students donated to watch the event take place.

 

At the time of writing Beth has raised a whopping £2,100 !! And doesn't she look fantastic!

 

Any further donations would be very welcome and can be left at the Sixth Form office.
